Hello,

If you’ve ever felt lonely in a room full of people, struggled to communicate with those closest to you, or wondered if you’ll ever have the deep relationships you long for—you’re not alone.

I know, because I’ve been there.

My Story

I grew up as an only child in a family of eight half-siblings. Relationships weren’t a priority, and loneliness became my closest companion. I spent years wondering if I was good enough, struggling with resentment, frustration, and self-doubt. I wanted to belong, but I didn’t know how to connect in a way that felt safe and fulfilling.

When I got married, I carried those struggles into my relationship. I had no boundaries, always trying to earn love and acceptance. Communication was hard, and I often felt unseen and misunderstood. Then, life threw me into the unpredictable world of professional baseball—a life where I didn’t get to choose the people around me. We moved over 15 times, lived in different countries, and juggled the chaos of raising three boys while navigating my husband’s demanding career.

I poured my heart into serving others, but deep down, I felt isolated, disconnected, and unsure of how to build the kind of relationships I craved.

But over 36 years, I learned something powerful: meaningful relationships don’t happen by accident.

Through curiosity, compassion, and commitment, I discovered how to build real connections—with my husband, my children, and the people around me. I learned to set healthy boundaries, communicate with confidence, and create a culture of trust and authenticity.

Now, as an empty nester, I’m facing the challenge of rediscovering connection all over again—with my husband, my adult children, and new friendships. And I want to help you do the same.

I see you.

If you’ve ever felt unseen, unworthy, or unsure of how to build the relationships you long for, I want you to know—you don’t have to stay stuck. You were made for meaningful connection, and I’m here to walk this journey with you.

Let’s bring hope to relationships—one conversation at a time.

The Source of

My Greatest Hope

Hope has carried me through many seasons of my life. I’ve learned that true, unshakable hope doesn’t come from circumstances, people, or even my own strength—it comes from my relationship with Jesus.

From an early age, I longed for connection. But in the moments when I felt the most lost, Jesus met me there.

He reminds me that I was never alone. His love isn’t based on my performance, my ability to fit in, or how well I keep it all together. He simply invites me to rest in Him.

The more I lean into my relationship with Jesus, the more peace, joy, and confidence I find—not only in Him but also in my relationships with others.

Now, my greatest hope comes from knowing that I am fully loved, fully known, and never alone. Jesus has taught me how to love without fear, how to set boundaries without guilt, and how to trust that He is always working in the hearts of those I love.

No matter where you are in your journey, I want you to know this: Your hope isn’t found in your past, your circumstances, or the approval of others. Your greatest hope is found in Jesus—the One who sees you, loves you, and will never let you go.

Hold onto that hope. It will carry you through anything.
